We strive to make our services usable by as many people as possible with features and capabilities like:
 
⇒ Cashless payments. Our cashless payment option using the WAeY wallet simplifies the payment process, reducing the need for riders to worry about paying with cash.
 
⇒ On-Demand transportation. The WAeY app makes it easier for riders with disabilities to get to a destination at the push of a button.
 
⇒ Fare estimate. WAeY provides a Fare estimate to let riders know the cost of their trip before they request a ride. This gives riders indication of expected trip cost.
 
⇒ WAeY anti-discrimination policies. Your trip request is automatically matched to a nearby driver by our system, reducing opportunities for unlawful discrimination by the Partner driver.
 
⇒ Use the SOS button. Use the emergency assistance button on the app to get help if required. You will be connected with one of our dedicated support staff.
